General Information:
Safe Harbor Kittery Point is seeking an outgoing and dependable self-starter to join our team as a Member Services Specialist. This role provides exceptional customer service while also supporting our team with front- and back-office operations. A knowledge of boat types, boat components, and marine parts is a plus. Position is full time (Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm) with benefits. Hourly pay based on experience.
Areas of Responsibility Include:
• Phone and customer reception
• Provide support to Business Manager & Service Managers
• Act as liaison between customers and Customer Service Representatives as needed
• New customer/boat data entry
• Work order and estimate creation
• Invoice editing & generation
• Support payment collection efforts in a timely manner
• Parts Department support
• Office organization and cleaning
Requirements: A knowledge of boat types, boat components, and marine parts is a plus.
